A pledge to ease the five-month-old "closure" of Gaza that has kept tens of thousands of workers away from their jobs might have done nicely, too. Instead, "Bibi" delivered a meticulous, two-hour case for his view that Arabs must fully honor their current commitments before there can be any progress on peace.
