If it were a TV show, it might be called "No Winners." That's the likely outcome of the open corporate warfare between media superpowers Time Warner and Walt Disney. The first casualties were the 3.5 million TV viewers around the country who missed their favorite ABC shows, including the initial celebrity edition of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," when Time Warner pulled the plug on the Disney-owned network for nearly 40 hours. But the ultimate losers could be the battling behemoths themselves, whose future moves, including Time Warner's proposed merger with America Online, are sure to attract increased government scrutiny.
