Ensured growth for property development in Morocco

When it comes to the discussion of business of bricks and mortar, today's global economy most often turns the tone of conversation sour. Morocco however, is bucking the trend. For the country's developers, two major motors are fueling their business: the high demand and government assistance for social housing, and an ambitious program for further developing the tourism sector. At present, unmet demand for social housing exceeds 1 million. While currently being revised, government programs assure the continuing development of social housing, both for developers and for first time homebuyers.
