NZIM's Top Three Questions survey has got off to a successful start, with Q1 results capturing a snapshot of the issues most concerning the managers taking part early in the year. The research asks respondents to rank their three most challenging organisational, management and personal management issues, and is part of an ongoing initiative to ensure NZIM training, coaching, publications, courses and events not only build on leading edge international knowledge, but also directly reflect the concerns and needs of NZ business. "Research is one of the things that differentiates us from being just another training provider," says Wellington general manager Shaun Sheldrake.
