Mishimagiken Co., Ltd. has established the Structure Molding Process for the bonding and integral molding of plastic products. Multiple parts are molded inside a single metal mold rapidly without much labor. Compared with conventional types of molding and assembling processes, the new technology reduces processing costs considerably, enables energy conservation, and its effect will be greater, with a larger target product number of constituent parts.
