Czech mobile operators discuss joint mobileTV bid

Rival mobile network operators T-Mobile, Telefonica O2 and Vodafone are discussing the joint launch of a broadcast mobile-television service in the Czech Republic. The mobile operators are proposing the launch of an eight-channel, subscription-based DVB-H service, which they hope to launch by the end of the year and which would cost customers as little as ∈3 (￡2.40) a month for a basic package.
