MobiTV, a US-based mobile-television aggregator, is aiming to sign up two European mobile-telephone operators by the end of the year as it seeks to return to a market that it left two years ago.rnThe company pulled out of Europe in 2007 to focus on its core US market, having previously provided services to 3G mobile operators including Orange and 3 in the UK.rnAnders Norstrom, MobiTV European managing director, said that a deal with one operator was set to be announced by the summer and that he was confident that another would be signed up before the year ends.
