Nippon Steel, Tata Steel in talks to make steel sheet in India

Nippon Steel Corp, Japan, has begun negotiations with leading Indian steelmaker Tata Steel Ltd to jointly produce automotive-use steel sheet on the subcontinent. The move would make Nippon Steel the first Japanese steelmaker to enter the Indian market.
