The gangway connecting museum ship HMS Belfast to the river bank on the River Thames in London collapsed last week injuring two contrac-tors. The gangway was being refurbished and was enclosed in scaffolding and a tarpaulin when it collapsed into the River Thames. HMS Belfast owner the Imperial War Museum said it was "beginning an urgent and full investigation into what has happened".
