EC(Electronic Commerce) on the Internet is necessary to boost the grow of enterprise. In order to advance EC, it is very important to present a secure system for users and to adjust laws and institutions. Many studies have been made on those subjects at the Government and civil level. This paper describes the electronic notary system and introduces some examples.
