SAW filter for mobile communication

摘要

SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave)filters are widely used as the key device for various mobile communications equipment. The improvement of the filter performance and the reduction of the filter size have been proceeding very rapidly. NEC has developed various kinds of SAW filters, such as IF filters with high precision and high stability and RF filters with low loss and sharp attenuation. This paper introduces the technology of SAW filters and the products for various mobile communications.
