POINTS AT ISSUE IN REALIZING WORDWIDE EC

摘要

This paper introduces that NEC has proposed to utilize the nine by four matrix table (nine issues by four product categories)as a basis for discussion to realize the worldwide use of EC. Nine issues (taxation, tariffs, etc) should be discussed in order to formulate agreements among many countries in the world. And products bought and sold by EC can be divided into four product categories; information, service, financial, real goods. Through further research on individual elements in the matrix, governments ,governmental organizations and industries should in cooperation determine to con-tribute to the growth of EC.
