High Performance Bus Circuit and Packaging Technology for the NEC Super Server NX7000/P590

摘要

The NEC Super Server NX 7000/P590 realizes high effective performance by the system bus with high throughput of 1.28 GB/s and up to eight way multi-processors. In this paper we describe the circuit and packaging technology of the high-performance system bus which can be operated at 120 MHz.
