Fertile ground for growing stone market

Natural stone has become a big feature of the Chelsea Flower Show these days and it is helping to increase the popularity of the natural material in the domestic garden market.Among the stone at this year's exhibition were the 'soft' furnishings of Michael Scheuer-mann, who first produced his sofas and chairs for the Rugby Writers project featured in NSS in January last year. There is also Cornish DeLank granite in the Homebase Cornish Memories Garden, designed by Tom Hoblyn and built by award winning garden and landscape designers Bowles &_ Wyer.
