Grants could give way to loans from the Heritage Lottery Fund

The Heritage Lottery Fund is launching its next five year Strategic Funding Framework at the start of 2019, which will probably see at least some of what have until now been grants turning into loans, although applying for them is intended to be easier. Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) will not be making major awards (over £5million) next year but will announce its approach to them during the course of 2019.
