The geography of water resources along the border between California and Baja California represents a network of manmade Aqueduct and storage facilities utilized for water transfers. This Network of water transport and storage facilities, known as a Hydrocommons, delivers Colorado River water for agricultural uses In the eastern part of the Californias' border region and to western Urban centers on the Pacific Coast.
