The harmonisation timetable has been revised, and the Commonwealth looks set to change OHS arrangements for Comcare self-insurers.rnThe Workplace Relations Ministers Council (WRMC) has agreed to Safe Work Australia Council (SWAC) recommendations that the harmonisation timetable be changed, said a SWAC spokesperson.rnSWAC made the following recommendations at its inaugural meeting in Sydney on June 10:rn"... the exposure draft of the model OHS legislation being released in September 2009 and the draft model OHS legislation submitted to WRMC for agreement by the end of 2009."
