Workplace injury management has the potential to exact a heavyrnburden on all parties.rnAt the end of 2009. Australia Post found itself in 'hot water' after the CEPU alleged it had "prematurely" returned injured workers to work.rnThe CEPU raised several issues about Australia Post's rehabilitation program, including workers being returned to non-meaningful work, a conflict of interest in using company-nominated doctors to recommend return to work and linking managers' bonuses to lost-time injuryrnrates (LTIs).
