It is likely that flexible work arrangements will continue as the new norm in many workplaces and businesses will need to focus on addressing the health and safety risks associated with remote work. Technology will no doubt continue to provide businesses with opportunities to build culture and connect remotely. but there must also be a strong emphasis on employee wellbeing and mental health programs, In addition, addressing concerns around the COVID-19 vaccine will become a pertinent issue for many businesses in 2021.
