Lacrosse - The witnesses reportedly saw a cigar-shaped object flying so slowly that they thought it was going to stall. The object was high up, but they could tell it was tubular, without wings or tail. The object was moving northwest to southeast. After about a minute it passed by a jet flying east to west at a higher elevation. The jet made a complete turn and flew in the same direction as the object, and seemed to be chasing it. So they got their binoculars. The witness states, "Sure enough this three-lighted thing with the lights rotating flew over our heads at about 1,000 feet, heading northwest to southeast. I used to fly airplanes, and this whole thing was really weird, so I called up my Mom, who was driving home and was located between Lacrosse and Sparta. She also saw a craft that got her attention because it seemed to have no wings."
