Cases of interest are extracted from the closed case files as an edited list of best cases. Some witness testimony may be edited for clarity. A Florida witness in Tampa reported seeing four, horizontal equidistantly-spaced lights against the sunset, according to testimony in Case 112578. The witness was outside at 5:35 p.m. on December 5,2020. His original CMS report states: "I have no idea if these could be Starlink satellites. I took a picture of the sunset over the Gulf with my cellphone. Then I noticed four lights in a line in the sky next to the sunset. The lights appeared stationary. I watched for several minutes and took four pictures." In a subsequent statement, he describes watching the lights until just before 7 p.m., when they then assumed a vertically elongated orientation. At that point, most of them suddenly darted off in different directions and were lost to view.
