Our expectations might seem simpler, if not more harrowing, if we adopt The War of the Worlds model to plan for extraterrestrial contact. They would come, they would see, and they would conquer (if not utterly destroy) the planet. Our limited evidence doesn't give reason to accept that dismal scenario, but does call for consideration of some observed UFO/UAP behavior. (See "UFO Think Tank," August 2019.) Evidence available suggests the dynamics of interplanetary competition are at least as complicated as those on our world.
