In Quantum Mechanics there is much debate on the paradoxical role of the observer in relation to what is being observed. This may be "spooky" behavior to quantum physicists but is just another day on the job for the UFO researcher. After all we are dealing with a phenomenon that periodically reinvents itself by introducing increasingly bizarre behavior.rnThroughout UFO history, craft, entities and events have been witnessed with escalating high strangeness. Take for example, the Uintah Basin of Utah where Dr. Frank Salisbury investigated a number of "nuts and bolts" UFO sightings and wrote about them in his 1974 book The Utah UFO Display.
