Director of Human Resources: Work with Director of Communications to draft new job descriptions for required new talent within MUFON; advertise for positions; review and recommend final candidates; work with individuals to see they develop smoothly into the MUFON communications architecture. Director of Fundraising: Establish and maintain a national fundraising effort to secure both short-term and long-term financial goals. Director of Membership: Develop a national program to increase our membership numbers.
