Legacy

The vast majority of us will never become influential politicians, important bureaucrats, or famous celebrities. In truth, such things aren't really important to our pedigree. We simply don't have a desire to become politicians or actors. Instead, we are designers, developers, and builders of the world's maritime-based economy. We are technically grounded people, as our society's name indicates: our organization consists of like-minded naval architects, marine and ocean engineers, and many other marine industry specialists dispersed throughout the seven faces of SNAME.
