It would seem there are only three distinct ways of writing the "Letter of the Month": (1) Extensive use of English vocabulary, whereupon persons of editorial prowess are inundated with superfluous verbiage rivaling that of scholarly journals intent on educating premed students on the importance of neurons, synapses, and the myelin sheath coating, whereupon said editors are left comatose or giggling uncontrollably after wholly reviewing the received written material.
