After opening the February 2013 issue, I went straight to the "Plug 'N' Play" article comparing the Volt and the Prius Plug-In. Several weeks ago, I test drove the Prius; and then three weeks ago, I went to the local Chevy dealer to try to make a final deal on a Cruise or Sonic. Before we could get into the negotiations, the salesman talked me into test driving a 2013 Volt. Needless to say, I never got back to considering the other vehicles.
