Volvo Test Drives New Care Program

Rockleigh, NJ- Volvo Cars has implemented a new pilot program, "Care by Volvo," that sends service technicians to a customer's home or workplace to fix minor repairs. The program, which was launched last May aims to put more focus on the customer and make life more convenient for them, says national service manager for Volvo, Ken Zitelli. "It is our way of being proactive," he says. "The concept was challenging, but it snowballed and more retail outlets are getting involved."
