Today's service providers -shop owners, technicians and service writers - are some of the cleverest people we know. They have a way of finding the solution to the problem no one else can solve. Unfortunately, so much of this undocumented knowledge lies hidden from their peers. You won't find it in textbooks or service manuals. You find it in the evening and weekend tech seminars. You hear bits and pieces at conventions and association meetings. But much of it never is shared beyond a small percentage of the entire universe of service providers.
