On Construction of an Attainability Set in the Neighborhood of a Periodic Attractor

The work presents the definition, properties and a method of construction of an attainability set in the neighborhood of a periodic attractor of a nonlinear dynamical system and solves the problem of inverse transition in a bistable system.
