Feed grain market looks to corn

As global wheat supplies have tightened over the past few months due to severely reduced Black Sea exports, corn producers have benefitted as feed buyers have sought an alternative.rnFor the 2010/11 marketing season, the International Grains Council is forecasting 94 Mt of global corn exports, 7.8 Mt higher than in 2009/10 and the highest since the 101.8 Mt in 2007/08. This will put pressure on US exports, which have fallen in recent years due to increased use of corn in ethanol production.
