Developer Helioslough has submitted a fresh environmental statement scoping study to St Albans District Council - the first step towards a new planning application for its proposed rail-linked warehouse development on the site of Radlett aerodrome.rnA previous application was rejected by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, as it was said that Helioslough failed to demonstrate that the former aerodrome was the only available site for the development.
