TOC profits suffer as premium payments rise

Tucked away in an annexe at the end of theTransport Select Committee's report on'Rail 2020'is a useful little table of train operating company (TOC) profitability. Rail 2020 is the Committee's response to the Government's response to the McNulty Rail value for money review which has now been borne away by time's ever rolling stream.
