Orbis acquires Corbi Plastics

ORBIS Corp., a leader in sustainable reusable packaging, announced that is has completed the acquisition of Cartonplast LLC's interest in the CORBI Plastics joint venture. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. In 2005, Cartonplast and Orbis formed a joint venture, creating CORBI Plastics LLC. CORBI Plastics operates a manufacturing facility in DeForest, Wise, and 11 service centers across the United States.
