"The mesh prevents condensation and reduces spoilage," explains Matt Jacobs, CEO of Pallet Wrapz. A single operator can apply and secure the wrap with integrated Velcro belts in just 45 seconds, Jacobs says. "It takes just 15 seconds to remove them," says Jacobs. The wraps are used in a variety of industries, from automotive manufacturing to produce distribution. Most companies justify their investment based on their environmental benefits, adds Jacobs, noting that one 6-foot-tall unit eliminates 750 pounds of plastic stretch film waste.
