Specializing in bottle caps for a variety of beverages, Closure Systems International (CSI) puts plastic or aluminum lids on bottles for a variety of products. But beyond being functional, CSFs caps are on the front lines for product safety. In addition to product safety, CSI focuses on employee and dock safety.When the company recently moved into a 91,000-square-foot distribution center in Olive Branch, Miss., CSI investigated facility improvements that would allow it to adhere to high safety standards. Specifically, safety enhancements were made to the warehouse docks that included the installation of dock impact barriers at each of the 12 doors.
