The Graphite Extraction package option offers a clean and efficient machining process where the dust extraction system is fully integrated into the machine base. Nozzles surrounding the machining spindle deliver focused air blasts directly to the machining point for optimal dust removal. A constant underpressure is maintained in the full enclosure to confine all the dust to the machining area, creating a constant flow of fresh air to protect the guides and the automatic tool changer from graphite dust.
