Ms. [Tina Lopreato] admits to being nervous about introducing the iPad on the shop floor. "You deal with resistance to change from long-term employees," she says. Despite her hesitation, the first iPad was introduced to the floor on the Monday following the company's Saturday session. "This is going to work," she told the supervisors. Luckily for Ms. Lopreato, it did. Mr. [John Seiwert] received the first iPad, and according to Ms. Lopreato, he "flew" using it.
