Relm Wireless to acquire Uniden mobile radio assets

Relm Wireless, West Melbourne, FL, is set to expand its two-way wireless communications business with several transactions. The former Uniden Private Radio Communications (PRC) Division's product line will become Relm's when it buys all of the division's assets under an agreement that, at press time, was close to being announced.
