Elleston will offer landscaping, horticultural and land management services, targeting demand for maintenance work on amenity land attached to private developments, which developers are often obliged to provide under planning regulations. The council's commercial strategy portfolio holder, Cllr John Clark, said: 'With many developers now choosing to take the private maintenance company route and charging residents for the costs, Elleston will utilise our skilled workforce and good practice to ensure that an excellent level of work is carried out.'
