Keeping children safe in an area with some of the most deprived wards nationally, where neglect is an ongoing challenge; 2. Taking a whole family approach to protecting children on the edge of care, targeting preventative action to avoid further intervention; 3. Making secondary education as good as our outstanding primary; 4. Supporting young people into adulthood as they take their first steps into a job and career.
