Climbing on the climate change agenda

For many of us, the penny only dropped a year or so ago when the Stern review was published, lining up the economic arguments for addressing climate change with the better-known ecological case. Added to the overwhelming and growing body of scientific evidence, we can no longer be in any doubt that climate change means that it's no longer "business as usual'. We are now sure that climate change caused by human behaviour is a major threat to human prosperity. And there is urgent need for change on two main fronts.
