The network of hubs being created tosupport people at very high risk amid thecoronavirus crisis must be ready to helpwith crucial deliveries, local governmentsecretary Robert Jenrick has said.As the Ministry of Housing,Communities and Local Government(MHCLG) moved to a full emergencyresponse, hubs are being rapidly createdto focus on providing access to food,medicines and other vital supplies to thosewho are vulnerable.The vulnerable group includes anestimated 300,000 people who are unableto shop online for food and have no nearbyfriends and family yet have been asked tostay at home for three months because ofconcerns for their health.
