A developer has been appointed to carry out a multi-million pound regeneration project in Lincolnshire.West Lindsey DC has announced a partnership with Muse Developments to regenerate Gainsborough.The initial five-year project will focus on the historic town centre, with the development of a cinema, public square and restaurants. More than 100 construction jobs will be created, with a further 100 jobs during the operational phase of the development programme, contributing around £14mto the economy.
