County scoops top award for youngsters' support project

Monmouthshire CC has won a prestigious award from the Care Council for Wales for its work to improve support and guidance for young people with a disability preparing for adulthood. The 'Your life, your choices' project was named joint winner in the Learning Together category of the biennial Social Care Accolades awards.
