This has been no less true in Sunderland where over the last three years the Sunderland Way of Working transformation programme has led to innovations which have received national recognition. Sunderland plan on using this momentum to achieve even more in the next three years and are keen to continue their focus on community leadership and look to engage elected members directly in order to gain a better understanding of community need.
