At least 89% of residents tell us they love living in Worcestershire and with a breath-taking environment, a vibrant city and diverse towns, a history rich in cultural heritage and good infrastructure links it is no wonder. However they haven't always loved the Council. When I became Leader in 2010 I was determined to find out why and what our residents would like us to focus on. So we embarked upon the largest consultation exercise in our history receiving over 30,000 responses from residents and 1,200 from local businesses.
