Parsons to party on with UKIP

Diary is a great believer in the idea that great men and women are able to shape and mould historical events to their will at a time of crisis, and not simply be helpless bystanders, passively swept away on the tide of the times. The passing last year of Mandela and Thatcher were the strongest proof this theory needs. So it was with great relish we learned, that Diary favourite, former leader of Leicestershire CC Conservative group, Cllr David Parsons, has continued his transformational journey of great political perseverance, and joined UKIP.
