Cornwall Council is working in partnership with the Peninsula Community Health in a new, high profile, and innovative joint venture with British Telecom (BT). It's a huge responsibility. You'll start by putting in place performance systems and processes to ensure the delivery of the contract against the specifications. At the same time, you'll recruit, lead, and develop the Contract Management team, monitoring and reporting on commercial and performance measures. This client-side role will gradually shift towards developing the scope of the contract for current and future partners, implementing contract changes to meet emerging needs and managing the elements of the contract that relate to any traded activity.
