Urgent union call to help care workers

The British Association of Social Workers (BASW) has become the latest organisation to warn the social care system is in urgent need of reform. According to a BASW survey, 88% of social workers believe vulnerable lives could be put at risk by cuts to services - while 77% were concerned about unmanageable caseloads.
